A fully franchised value-added distributor for the world’s leading manufacturers of electrical products is looking to add to their internal sales team. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up to £30k base plus commission and is office-based five days a week in Sheffield.

As the Internal Account Manager, you will be a critical member of the sales team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth with new and existing customers with a primary focus on developing accounts, increasing sales and contributing to long-term business growth.


  • 24 days holiday + 8 days Bank Holiday (32 Days)

  • 2 Health Covers offer (After 6 Month Probation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales accounts
  • Manage and develop existing sales accounts
  • Handling incoming sales inquiries professionally for new and existing customers
  • Create and deliver presentations, literature and other materials required
  • Provide quotes to clients
  • Process orders in the system
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Resolve customer issues related to product selection, pricing and supply
  • Fulfil any other tasks as required by the company


  • Fluent in German (Written and Spoken)
  • Preferably prior experience in sales support
  • Preferably a knowledge of electronic/electrical products
  • Computer Literate
  • Friendly personality with good communication skills
