Key Responsibilities
- Department Establishment:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to establish a new marketing department from the ground up.
- Define the marketing department’s goals, structure, and processes to ensure effective operation and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to secure resources, budget, and support for the department.
- Social Media Management:
- Create, implement, and manage social media marketing campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging that engages and grows our audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
- Content Creation:
- Generate compelling and innovative content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and other multimedia materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality content that supports our marketing initiatives.
- Brand Strategy:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Ensure all marketing efforts are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and values.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.
- Serve as a liaison between the marketing department and senior management, providing regular updates and insights.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.
- Proven ability to establish and lead a marketing strategies & campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
