You will be working for an innovator in the electronics distribution market who covers a wide variety of High-Reliability sectors including medical and military, working with worldwide suppliers such as Vishay and TDK. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up to €70k plus a 10-20% rolling scale commission structure and is remotely based unless based near one of their UK offices where they can offer internally based positions.

As the Sales Executive, you will need to identify target customers, increase the customer portfolio and develop new business opportunities through lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business objectives
  • Maintain and build relationships with current and potential customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote all products and services clearly, concisely, and persuasively
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team
  • Drive and track performance and sales metrics
  • Accurately document and update all prospecting activity and new sales opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings


  • Prior experience (2+ Years) in sales or account management roles
  • Prior experience working within the Independent Distribution side of the Electronic Component industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel where necessary
