They are now seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key customer relationships, and delivering comprehensive sourcing and supply-chain solutions that align with clients’ commercial and operational needs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with global customers including OEMs, EMS/CEMs, and distributors.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Provide expert guidance on sourcing strategies, pricing structures, and market availability.
- Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics, and operations teams to deliver first-class customer service.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of component product lines, shortage markets, and supply-chain trends.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account management.
Requirements
- Strong background in electronic component sales, independent distribution, or franchised supply.
- Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and negotiate complex, multi-region deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse customer segments.
- Commercially driven mindset with a proactive and analytical approach to market opportunities.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital sales platforms to manage pipelines and performance.
