External Account Manager - Displays & Embedded - Northeast UK
This established and highly respected technology solutions provider within the Electronic Components industry is looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to support growth across a key Northern UK territory. Operating within the embedded computing, display, HMI, and industrial technology space, this company supports OEM and electronics manufacturing customers across sectors, including industrial automation, defence, medical, transportation, energy, and specialist electronics applications. This is a field-based commercial role suited to someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and influencing technical buying decisions within engineering-led environments.
You will inherit an active customer base whilst also being given the autonomy to develop new business opportunities and drive regional growth. This role combines account management, consultative technical sales, pipeline development, and commercial strategy, working closely with engineering, procurement, and commercial stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with supplier partners and internal technical teams to support projects from concept stage through to production and long-term account development.
