As part of its continued global expansion, the company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join its international sales team. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to manage and grow customer relationships across the global electronics market, driving new business and supporting long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the electronic components supply chain, contributing to the success of a fast-growing, technology-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a global portfolio of OEM, EMS/CEM, and distributor customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert inbound/outbound leads into profitable sales.
- Promote full-service electronic component sourcing, shortage, and excess inventory solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term agreements to maximise margin and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sourcing and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Stay informed on global component market trends, product availability, and supply chain dynamics.
Requirements
- Proven track record in electronic component sales, brokerage, or independent distribution.
- Strong understanding of global supply-chain challenges (shortages, obsolescence, excess management).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones.
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage, especially Mandarin, Spanish, or German).
