An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, globally active independent distributor of electronic components, recognised for its strength in the open market and ability to source hard-to-find, obsolete, and allocated parts. With a strong international customer base and a reputation for delivering fast, flexible supply chain solutions, the business operates at pace, supporting OEM, EMS, and CEM customers across multiple regions.

This role is fully remote, anywhere globally. It offers autonomy and the chance to make a direct commercial impact, driving global revenue growth while building and scaling key customer relationships. It’s ideally suited to a high-performing sales professional with deep open market experience, a proven track record of generating GP, and the ability to develop long-term, high-value accounts in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth across global OEM, EMS, and CEM customers.
  • Manage existing account base.
  • Increase revenue through a strong focus on GP generation and margin performance.
  • Source and sell electronic components within the open market, including hard-to-find, excess, obsolete, and allocated parts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from RFQs and quotations through to closing deals.
  • Work closely with internal purchasing teams to secure competitive supply.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and forecasting, while staying ahead of market trends, pricing, and wider supply chain dynamics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in electronic components sales is essential, ideally gained within the independent distribution or broker market.
  • A strong history of GP generation and consistent billing performance is expected, supported by an established network across OEM, EMS, and/or CEM customers.
  • Experience selling semiconductors and/or broadline components, with confidence in outbound business development and closing opportunities.
  • Commercially focused with strong negotiation skills, highly self-motivated, and comfortable operating remotely within a global role.
