Key Responsibilities

  • Concentrate on primary market sectors by leading business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the global team to establish clear goals and objectives within the EMEA market sector, providing customer insights and market intelligence to drive success.
  • Manage the pipeline by monitoring and aligning targets with core strengths and market sectors, fostering momentum and delivering results with purpose.
  • Oversee the preparation of quotations and presents tailored solutions to target and growth-oriented customers.
  • Develop regional market strategies by identifying and analyzing internal and external factors shaping the market landscape, assessing their impact on the value proposition, and identifying opportunities for new capabilities, services, and necessary enablers to execute the strategy effectively.
  • Demonstrate expertise in sectors such as Medical, High-End Industrial, Space, or Cybersecurity.
  • Ensure customer service excellence by acting as the customer’s advocate and representing their voice throughout all processes.
  • Build and sustain multi-level relationships with key customers, engaging with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 4 years’ prior industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • EMS Industry experience
