In this role, you will work closely with their Internal Sales and Technical Sales teams to execute the company’s business strategy. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and establish the company as a key strategic supplier within the region. Your mission is to exceed sales and revenue targets by effectively promoting the company’s comprehensive range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with the Internal Sales Representative and Technical Manager to drive sales growth in alignment with established strategies and business plans.
  • Identify significant opportunities, gather insights, and develop actionable strategies using available resources to expand the regional customer base.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification of business opportunities, crafting and delivering sales presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue for the region while maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Deliver exceptional communication and customer service, effectively working within the organisation to influence decisions and prioritse ongoing business opportunities.
  • Be prepared for frequent travel, approximately 60% of the time.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Education: BA or BS degree required.
  • Sales & Management Experience: Proven track record in sales and management with strong knowledge of overseeing large territories and operating from a virtual office.
  • Technical Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in selling high-tech product solutions, ideally with significant experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in developing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, with experience in closing complex deals.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and closing deals with customers and prospects.
  • Flexibility and Multi-Tasking: Excels in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently, adapting to changing priorities and working through situations with minimal supervision.
  • Positive Attitude and Learning Agility: Maintains a positive outlook, quickly absorbs new information, and applies it effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well with others, fostering a cooperative and supportive team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
