With a diverse product lineup—including semiconductors, displays, IoT solutions, and power systems—and a strong reputation for technical support and supply chain excellence, this is a prime opportunity to join a forward-thinking team. Backed by recent strategic acquisitions and a solid financial foundation, the business is perfectly positioned for rapid expansion. This role offers the chance to build lasting customer relationships, open new market channels, and play a key role in shaping the company’s future success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across the East Coast region.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both existing clients and new prospects to build long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover trends, assess competitive activity, and highlight expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and maximize impact.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals that support revenue growth and strategic objectives.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and tailored proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Track, measure, and analyse key performance indicators to refine and enhance business development efforts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to elevate market visibility.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management—ideally within the electronics or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components, technology-driven solutions, or related industry offerings.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven capability to design and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the East Coast region.
