Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Source and deliver electronic components to customers worldwide.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and terms to secure successful deals.
- Consistently exceed sales targets through a driven, proactive approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not essential – we welcome individuals eager to break into sales.
- A driven, competitive, and motivated personality with a hunger for success.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in an additional language is a plus (except Polish, as this is already covered).
- Resilience and adaptability – key traits for success in this industry.
