Operating across 40+ countries and partnering with more than 400 authorized suppliers, they support diverse sectors including automotive, energy, aerospace, robotics, and UAV/drone technologies. Leveraging advanced market intelligence, BOM analysis, global sourcing, and excess-inventory management, this growing company provides trusted supply chain solutions that help manufacturers stay competitive in a fast-moving market.
They are now seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Executive to join their international team. In this role, the successful candidate will manage and grow key OEM, EMS, and CEM accounts within their assigned region (either EMEA or the Americas), driving strategic commercial growth and delivering high-value sourcing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in expanding global relationships and showcasing the company’s strengths in service, supply-chain agility, and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic customer relationships across global markets, including OEMs, EMS/CEMs, and distribution partners.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities by leveraging deep market insight, sourcing intelligence, and the company’s value-added service capabilities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery agreements to maximise profitability and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal sourcing, operations, and logistics teams to deliver tailored, end-to-end electronic component supply solutions.
- Stay informed on global component market trends, including semiconductors, passives, electromechanical, and memory products, as well as broader supply-chain developments.
Requirements
- Proven background in electronic component sales, ideally within an independent distribution or value-added services environment.
- Deep understanding of global sourcing strategies, shortage-market trading, and excess-inventory management.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, combined with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
- Confident working remotely and collaboratively across international teams, with a global customer focus.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are highly advantageous.
