This established global leader within the electronic components and semiconductor sector is seeking a high-calibre Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of its growth strategy across France.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business operating at the forefront of the semiconductor lifecycle, delivering high-reliability solutions into critical industries including aerospace, defence, industrial, and automotive. With a strong international footprint, a loyal customer base, and a reputation built on quality and supply chain expertise, the company is entering a key phase of expansion across Europe.

The role offers full responsibility to lead and execute the regional sales strategy across Southern, Central, and Northern France, combining new business development with strategic account management. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, expanding market share, and positioning the business as a trusted, long-term supply partner within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a targeted regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
• Strengthen and grow existing key accounts while proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to negotiation and successful deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EMS/CEM customers, and key industry stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with internal sales, technical, and product teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
• Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting to support business planning
• Act as a brand ambassador in the market, positioning the business as a trusted and strategic supply partner

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of the electronic components and semiconductor market
• Proven success in technical sales and business development within the industry
• Experience managing a large territory in a field-based or remote capacity
• Strong track record of building relationships with senior decision-makers and closing complex, high-value deals
• Commercially driven with the ability to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and reporting capabilities
• Fluent in both French and English
• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience advantageous
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
