An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a specialist provider of display and optoelectronic solutions as they continue to expand their UK sales team. Working at the forefront of display technology, the business partners closely with OEMs and design engineers to deliver high-performance LCD, TFT, and OLED solutions—supporting projects from initial concept through to full production.

This is a UK-wide, field-based role offering the chance to make a real commercial impact, combining new business development with strategic account management across a diverse range of industries.

You will take ownership of driving revenue growth across the UK, identifying and converting new opportunities while developing strong, long-term relationships with key customers. A key part of the role will involve engaging with engineering teams to support display selection, specification, and integration into customer applications.

Managing the full project lifecycle, you will be involved from early-stage design discussions through to production and ongoing account development—playing a critical role in securing and growing business within a technically driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a UK-wide sales strategy centred on LCD, TFT, and OLED display technologies.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across OEM and EMS customers, while managing and expanding existing accounts to increase share of wallet.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers to support specification, integration, and design-in activity, engaging with procurement teams and key decision-makers to drive commercial success.
  • Manage opportunities from initial concept through to production, navigating longer sales cycles.
  • Maintain a strong and active pipeline across the UK territory, providing valuable market insight and customer feedback to support ongoing product and strategic development.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience within electronic components, displays, optoelectronics or related technologies
  • Experience working in a design-led sales environment
  • Strong understanding of OEM and EMS customer landscapes
  • Comfortable engaging with engineering, procurement and commercial stakeholders
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and project-based business
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven and able to operate in a field-based role
  • Full UK driving licence required
