This renowned specialist in integrated systems, is entering a key phase of growth and transformation. Evolving from a successful, family-led business into a more dynamic and sophisticated organisation, they are scaling with clear intent. A new opportunity has been created to provide dedicated leadership across two core sites.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader looking to make a genuine impact. The role is focused on driving progress and shaping the next phase of the business, rather than maintaining the status quo. It will suit someone with the energy, resilience, and commercial mindset to lead change, while respecting and building on the strong culture and foundations already in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the operational link across manufacturing, supply chain, and contract administration over multiple sites
• Define and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
• Drive operational performance across key KPIs such as OEE, OTIF, and inventory turns using data-led decision-making and ERP/MRP systems
• Oversee procurement and logistics to ensure continuity of supply and cost-effective sourcing
• Manage operational budgets and capital expenditure, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality
• Build and lead a high-performance culture, promoting accountability, safety, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements

• Drive to challenge, improve, and bring fresh thinking to an established business
• Natural authority with a hands-on leadership style, building credibility on the shop floor while inspiring confidence at the board level
• A background in technical manufacturing or industrial environments, with flexibility on sector, although high-volume food and beverage has not typically aligned with the technical demands of this operation
• A proven track record of delivering operational improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
