  • Maintain control of project scope, change management, and overall commercial performance
  • Act as the key point of contact between customers, internal engineering teams, and external supply partners
  • Align cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless delivery
  • Oversee and hold third-party suppliers accountable for performance, timelines, and quality standards
  • Support commercial objectives, including milestone tracking, invoicing triggers, and revenue delivery
  • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and challenges in a proactive and structured manner
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and established quality frameworks
  • Champion continuous improvement by capturing and applying lessons learned across programmes

  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain
  • Skilled in managing both customer relationships and supplier performance to ensure successful delivery
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools
  • Formal Project Management qualification (e.g. APM PMQ or equivalent)
