Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across engineering, procurement, operations and senior management.
  • Act as a trusted commercial contact for customers, providing a professional and responsive service.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer objectives, challenges and future business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products, solutions and services to existing customers.
  • Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated internally and consistently delivered.
  • Support the growth of strategic accounts and long-term commercial partnerships throughout Europe.

Internal Collaboration & Project Coordination

  • Manage the effective handover of qualified opportunities to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Coordinate internal discussions and project updates to ensure customer requirements, deadlines, and deliverables remain aligned.

  • Building and strengthening strategic partnerships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Successfully converting qualified opportunities into profitable commercial projects.
  • Maintaining an accurate, well-managed sales pipeline with clear reporting and forecasting.
