With over 50 years of experience, this global OEM specialises in interconnect and passive components for End User OEMs, CEMs, and Distributors. They ensure all catalog products are in stock, offer free samples with 24–48 hour delivery, and provide small quantity services.

Their technical sales and field application engineers offer design-in support, and they collaborate with leading IC manufacturers on reference designs. Additional resources include an Applications & Industries Guide, free EMC and power seminars, webinars, and software tools for component selection. They also provide comprehensive reference guides such as “Trilogy of Inductive Components” and “ABC of Capacitors.”

The selected candidate will be pivotal in maintaining and growing customer relationships within their designated territory. They will demonstrate a unique blend of technical and commercial expertise. With full accountability for personal, commercial, and behavioral targets, this role is ideal for individuals who excel under responsibility and drive for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Extensive travel to build and sustain long-term partnerships with customers, and engage in a high volume of customer calls.
  • Territory Management: Expand the customer base, visit customers regularly, and meticulously plan and manage your calendar.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Unit counterparts and support exhibitions and seminars.
  • Performance Metrics: Adhere to KPIs and the company’s ethical and compliance policies.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Prepare for Customer Management Talks, participate in quarterly sales meetings, and contribute to the company’s success through effective communication, collaboration, customer focus, accountability, continuous improvement, and commercial awareness.
