Hybid role: 3 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the customer regarding the technical requirements for the product.
- Clarifying technical feasibility based on specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Presenting products and selecting the appropriate relays for the customer.
- Communicating technical requirements to the development department in China.
- Managing projects from initial customer contact through to series production and beyond.
- Providing consulting to customers both over the phone and on-site.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of products.
- Handling technical aspects of complaints.
- Traveling to China and to European customers.
- Collaborating in international project teams.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Switchgear Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field, including relevant continuing education.
- 5 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- Negotiation skills
- Experience in the development or application of electromechanical switching devices such as MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, MCCBs, and ACBs.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering/electronics, particularly regarding switching devices.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of materials science and manufacturing technology.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
- Experience in international project teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Reliability, commitment, and resilience.
- Ability to travel around Europe
