Key Responsibilities
- Promoting and selling a range of products.
- Acting as the sales and technical liaison with customers.
- Actively and regularly prospecting for new customers.
- Following up on and optimising the distribution network.
- Preparing monthly reports, including forecasts and project lists.
- Developing and implementing yearly budgets and action plans.
- Participating in events and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Preferably holds a university degree in Electronics.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales of electronic/electromechanical components.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Technical expertise with a background in electromechanical or passive components and low voltage devices.
- Excellent communication, reporting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems is preferred.
- Capable of managing a complex sales process.
- Self-motivated and confident, with a proven ability to set and achieve goals.
- Stress-resistant, well-organized, and results-focused.
- Comfortable working in an international environment and possibly traveling internationally
- Strong team player.
- Possesses a problem-solving approach.
