The world’s largest source of semiconductors is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its European Team. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up €72k base plus commission and is field-based, covering the East of France.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will need to identify target customers, increase the customer portfolio and develop new business opportunities through lead generation within your allocated territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business objectives
- Maintain and build relationships with current and potential customers
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase market presence
- Monitor market trends and provide input to product development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience working within the Semiconductor Manufacturing field
- Prior experience working in an external position
- Proven track record in driving growth of a territory
- Knowledge of Semiconductors
- Ability to travel where necessary
