Their product lineup includes cost-effective commercial-grade quartz crystals, oscillators, and high-performance variants, as well as components designed for high-reliability industrial and automotive applications.

This role requires a dynamic Sales Engineer driven by a passion for solving complex technical issues to be instrumental in pushing business growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and effectively communicating the value of the company’s products and services. This position will be pivotal in conveying technical information to customers and developing and maintaining relationships to build trust. Using strong communication and project management skills the Sales Engineer will act as a crucial link between customers, the sales team, and the engineering department so specialised and up-to-date knowledge about applications from different industries such as IoT, Communication, Transport, Medical, Aerospace will be required. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the company’s success and to be part of a high-performing sales team in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offering technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Actively participating in sales meetings and attending trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.
  • Developing technical content, including blog posts and presentations.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of frequency control products and their applications.
  • Specialised and up-to-date knowledge about applications from different industries such as IoT,
    Communication, Transport, Medical, Aerospace
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical credibility.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with all internal teams, including sales, engineering, marketing, and application support.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for internal meetings, customer visits, and trade shows.
