Enjoy a remote working model where you will be in control of your diary. A worldwide leader in the global relay industry is looking to add to their European Team. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up to €90k Base, Bonus, and Company car. This is a remote position so you will be able to work from home and will involve traveling around Sweden.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the electronic component industry or a related technical field, with proven industry success. Your expertise will further our legacy of innovation and quality, leveraging our R&D and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotion and selling of the company product range
  • Continuously build up a good trustful relationship between the customer and the company
  • Sales and technical interface with customers
  • Active and regular prospection for new customer research
  • Follow-up and enlargement of the distribution network
  • Monthly reporting including forecast and project list
  • Yearly budget and action plan
  • Participation in events and exhibitions On-going promotion activities
  • Support all promotion activities in the specific territories
  • Support maintaining and improving the sales organization and distribution network within the specific territories
  • Increase the turnover, profit, and market share of the products of the employer within the specific territories according to the development plan of the employer
  • Target markets; automotive, energy, industrial, and consumer products


  • Good technical understanding and sufficient technical basis to recognize the possible applications of the product range and ability to make technical arguments.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar complex technical environment (electronic components, etc.)
  • Project management and Managing of Interdisciplinary teams or/and colleagues from these, including clever management of interfaces
  • Confident in dealing with key accounts, must be able to communicate at eye level
  • Preferably experience in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or electronic sales.
  • Experience in the promotion of Electromechanical relays, low-voltage devices, electrical components & high-voltage products.
  • Preferably CRM and SAP knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Open-mindedness/ability to work in a team
  • Ability/willingness to cooperate
